IIS 5.0 New Feature
1. Clean Restart
   The restarting function will stop drwtsn32.exe / mtx.exe / dllhost.exe
   For scheduled restarts, u can use IISReset.exe
2. Backup & Restore
   Apply on site metabase
3. Process Account
   Tracking CPU resources, record information and add them to W3C extended log file.
4. CPU Throttling
   Enabling CPU throttling as well as bandwidth
5. FTP download Resume!! (file size <4G)

Updated Feature
1. Better Custom Error message
   Customize error message for asp!
2. Better HTML-base remote admin
3. Improved ASP
   Add two methods: Server.Transfer / Server.Execute for ASP process flow control
   ASP Error handling
   If .asp file does not contain script (scriptless), it procecced more quickly
   ASP self-tuning
   ASP encoding (becuase of Script engine 5, i think)

No stand-alone version yet. Just integrated w/ Windows 2000 (NT5)
